Elizabeth Cavallin - President

Elizabeth originally from Venezuela, relocated to the US in 2004 after a 4 year assignment in Puerto Rico. Elizabeth has both a Computer Engineering degree and a Masters of Business Administration.

Her professional experience with large financial institutions and retail and insurance companies in several countries gives her a unique perspective on the business requirements that trigger technology changes.

Elizabeth has led very complex multi company IT projects that positively impacted hundred of users.
Her focus of business improvement and her passion for excellence has made her the recipient of several service excellence awards.

Elizabeth joins Paul in 2015 to create EMS.

Paul Rushefski – Vice President

Paul has been working in the accounting field since his graduation from Wilkes College, Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1980. His experience in the field was well blended and was exposed to all aspects of running a company.

Paul has worked in the printing industry as a controller for two separate companies. One a Flexo/Sheet-Fed company, the other a full Flexo Company. Both were heavily involved in finished goods management.
Paul then worked at Programmed Solutions in Norwalk, CT where he was a trainer and subsequently advanced to become the Implementation Manager for all new installations. During his time there, Paul brought over 300 companies live. When Programmed Solutions merged with Print Café/EFI he started his own consulting business for PSI and Macola users in 2001 and 7 years later, as business grew he incorporated Rushefski Accounting & Consulting, Inc.

Paul joins Elizabeth in 2015 to create EMS
